A complete information package will be sent to you upon receipt of registration. We provide all kayaking and group camping gear. You bring personal clothing, sleeping bag, rest pad, etc., or arrange for our travellers' camping gear rental package. A liability waiver and medical forms will be included in the package.

If you have a printer, you can print this page (or download and print a pdf file), fill in the registration form, then mail or fax it. Or you can provide all the necessary information in e-mail and send it direct from this site. We accept VISA, MasterCard, US & Canadian cheques for deposit and trip cost.
A 30% deposit for boat rentals, extended tours and B&B is required at time of booking. Full payment is due on arrival for boat rentals and B&B. Payment for tours is due in full 30 days prior to trip departure.
If credit cards are used for deposit we will process the balance 30 days prior to departure unless notified otherwise.
The Kayaking Leadership course requires full payment 60 days in advance. For all other courses a 30% deposit will reserve your space until 30 days in advance of start date when full payment is due.

Refunds for cancellation are given on the following basis:
Extended tours: On receipt of notice 30 days prior to trip departure less a $100 administration fee
Lodge-based tours: With 14 days notice less a $75 administration fee
Rentals: With 7 days notice less a $15 administration fee
B&B: With 72 hours notice less a $15 administration fee
Refunds on a pro-rated basis will be considered with less than the required notice and subject to conditions such as the number of registrations and the probability of re-booking -- talk to us about it.
Due to the nature of operating in a remote area, Tofino Sea Kayaking Company reserves the right to cancel any trip prior to departure for any reason. If the trip is cancelled due to inadequate registration, a two-week notice will be given with a full refund and we will make every effort to offer acceptable alternatives. The costs for delays due to weather or factors beyond the control of Tofino Sea Kayaking are not included.
We strongly recommend the purchase of cancellation insurance in the event of illness. Contact your travel agent for more information.
